How Does Earth-Tech Energy Systems Outperform Competitive Products?

1 We offer the only grid-tied hybrid system on the market. There is a synergistic relationship between wind power and solar power that exceeds the seasonal benefits (when there is wind there may not be sunshine and vice versa). There is also an energy output synergy in hybrid systems. When the inverter is energized and selling back to the grid with solar input then any minor rotation of the wind turbine will spike the energy output. Whereas without the solar input it, the low wind rotations (less than 5 mph) would be lost power. A hybrid system amplifies and maximizes the output of each of the components so that 2 +2 = 6!

2 Our turbines are three phase, permanent magnet induction generators which are capable of exceeding their rated power when a load is placed on the system. No other turbine on the market exceeds it's rated power. Our turbines significantly outweigh other comparably rated turbines, that means more electromagnetic windings which translates to more power.

3 Our system is battery integrated which offers many benefits to the consumer. A battery based system offers superior surge protection for the entire household by functioning as a household capacitor which balances the system load throughout the house and can maximize and extend the life of all appliances within the house by reducing power spikes and surges. But most importantly, battery integrated systems will provide back up power for days or weeks in the event that the grid goes down due to a storm or emergency. Many people have made a decision to invest in renewable energy systems in order to be independent of the grid during power outages only to learn that when the grid goes down so does their renewable energy system, unless they have the ability to store the power through batteries.

4 Earth-Tech Energy Systems have the longest warranty period of any wind turbine on the market. Our warranty is double that of any other competitor – ten years! Our turbines are made of high quality steel there are few moving parts but where there is (the collar) we use the highest quality lithium grease. The actual life of the turbine should be twice that of the warranty or twenty years.

5 The payback period on our wind turbines is less than 7 years (average wind speeds for Texas and Oklahoma) and our warranty is 10 years, making us the only wind manufacturer in the market who is able to state that the turbine is paid for before the warranty expires!
